Create your own ceramic monkey sculpture. This one-day workshop is guided by Clairy Laurence, who will take you through the full process of sculpting and decorating your piece.
You’ll learn techniques including hand-building, shaping, and adding sculptural details such as facial features, textures, and small embellishments.

Techniques taught include use of a press mould, and use of tools to create flowers and leaf shapes using porcelaneous stoneware clay.
The workshops are structured but Clairy is very keen on process driven results, so come in, relax and follow your hands, and you will come out with a great result - just trust in the process.
The Monkey you create will be available for pick up with details given at the Workshop, and postage is available for interstate and international visitors at the attendee’s expense.
